About Meal Planner Pro
What Meal Planner Pro does, what your weekly plan is built around, what it costs and who to contact.
What Meal Planner Pro is
- Meal Planner Pro is a meal planning web app at meal-planner.pro. You answer a short quiz, and it builds a 7-day meal plan with recipes, daily calorie and macro targets, and a grocery list for the week.
- It works in the browser on a phone or a computer. Apps for iPhone and Android aren't available yet.
What your plan is built around
- Your goal (lose weight, gain muscle, gain weight, maintain, more energy or managing a condition), your activity level, how many meals you eat a day, your cooking skill, budget and country.
- Your diet: omnivore, vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan. Allergens you can exclude: nuts, lactose, gluten, shellfish and soy.
- Health conditions you can select: Diabetes, PCOS, Thyroid and Hypertension. The plan follows general dietary guidelines for them; it isn't medical advice or treatment.
- Cuisines you prefer, from 9 options. Daily calorie targets start from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and your activity level.
What it costs
- Plans cost $8.99 a week, $18.99 a month or $38.99 for 3 months. There is no free plan and no free trial.
- Every plan includes the weekly meal plan, meal swaps, daily calorie and macro targets and the automatic grocery list.
