1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Meal Planner Pro ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

  • Meal Planner Pro is an AI-powered meal planning platform that generates personalised weekly meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and nutritional recommendations based on your health goals, dietary preferences, and physical metrics.
  • The Service is available as a subscription-based product with both free and premium tiers. Features available to you will depend on your subscription level.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • The meal plans, recipes, nutritional information, and dietary recommendations provided through Meal Planner Pro are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:
  • AI-generated content is created algorithmically and may not always be perfectly accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
  • Meal plans are intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
  • You should consult a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or nutritionist before making significant dietary changes, particularly if you have underlying health conditions, are pregnant, or take medications that may be affected by diet.
  • Meal Planner Pro is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated meal plans without professional oversight.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly) depending on the plan selected.
  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI models or proprietary algorithms; scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform in bulk; share your account access with others; or upload harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, features, and technology of Meal Planner Pro — including but not limited to AI models, source code, design, logos, and written content — are the intellectual property of Meal Planner Pro and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
  • AI-generated meal plans produced for your personal use are provided to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish or sell AI-generated content from this platform.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • The information provided by Meal Planner Pro, including all AI-generated meal plans, is for general informational and wellness purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new diet, especially if you have or suspect you may have a medical condition.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meal Planner Pro and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting team@meal-planner.pro.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
