Weekly meal planner
Planning a week of meals by hand means picking recipes, balancing portions and writing a shopping list. Meal Planner Pro does it from one short quiz: you get seven days of meals with recipes, daily calorie and macro targets, and a grocery list for the week.
What's in your weekly meal plan
Each plan covers seven days. Every day lists its meals with ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus the day's totals against your targets.
- 2 to 5 meals a day, depending on what you choose in the quiz
- Recipes with ingredients and step-by-step cooking instructions
- Daily calorie, protein, carb and fat targets for your goal
- A grocery list built from the plan
Built from your answers, not a template
The quiz asks about your goal, activity, diet type, allergies, health conditions, cuisines you enjoy, cooking skill, budget and country. The plan follows them: for example omnivore, vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan diets, 5 allergen filters and 9 cuisine options.
Swap any meal you don't like
Not in the mood for a meal? Swap it for a new one, and add a short note about what you'd prefer. The rest of your week stays the same.
Daily calorie and macro targets
Your targets are calculated from your age, height, weight, activity and goal using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the same maths as our free macro calculator.
One grocery list for the week
The grocery list is built from your plan and grouped by category, with repeated ingredients combined. View it for today, the next three days or the full week, tick items off as you shop, or print it.
